Courier Services
We ship orders using CourierPost or Aramex (Fastway), depending on the destination and service level required.

Same-Day Dispatch
If your item is in stock and your order is placed before midday, we can usually ship it the same day. This means you may receive it as early as the next business day for North Island urban addresses.

Delivery Times

• Auckland and North Island (urban): Usually overnight

• South Island and Rural deliveries: May take an additional 1–2 business days

In a Hurry?
If you need your item urgently, please contact us directly. In many cases, pickup is available from our office in Henderson, West Auckland. We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Shipping to Pacific Islands
We can assist with shipping to destinations in the Pacific Islands. The most common method is for you to:

• Arrange a freight forwarder to collect the items from us

• Or, we can courier the items to your nominated freight agent within New Zealand

We are also happy to help with:

• Export documentation

• Removing GST from qualifying export orders (as export sales outside of NZ are typically zero-rated for GST)
