We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we encourage all customers to choose carefully and contact us if you have any questions before buying.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, so please ensure the item is suitable for your needs before purchasing. We don’t offer refunds because a lot of work goes into preparing your item, cleaning, checking it and re-checking it before shipping. This work we need to repeat if you return the item because you’ve changed your mind.

Of course, we fully comply with our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If your item develops a fault covered by warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

In certain situations, and at our discretion, we may accept a return and allow you to exchange the item for a different product. If you’re unsure or your circumstances change, please contact us — we’re always happy to discuss and help where we can.
