At Ex-Lease IT, we take pride in offering high-quality refurbished and ex-lease technology. All items we sell are thoroughly tested before being made available for sale, and we stand behind the reliability of the products we offer.

Used and Refurbished Items
Unless otherwise stated, all used and refurbished products come with a minimum 90-day warranty covering hardware faults. Items that are clearly marked as “as-is,” “faulty,” or “for parts only” are excluded from warranty coverage and are sold with no guarantee.

New Items
Any new products we offer come with a warranty of at least 12 months from the date of purchase. The specific warranty period will be noted on the product page or packaging.

Exclusions
Please note that physical damage, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered under warranty. This includes things like cracked screens, liquid damage, or other signs of impact.
